Wellness starts from the inside. This means that what you put inside your body, plays a role in how you feel physically, emotionally and existentially. Finding a balance between these influencers will change your lifestyle to enable you to reach your full potential.

MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL

Mental and emotional wellbeing is the driving factor that can affect your nutritional, physical and existential existence. It is important to get to know yourself, to know what your triggers are, and to be aware of any self-sabotaging habits brought upon by the voices in your head. Each person is unique and there is no right or wrong. Allowing us to help and guide you, will enable you to listen to your body, as well as to identify any destructive thought patterns, so that your reactions towards them can become clear, and you can gain control over them.

Physical wellbeing could be a daunting task, yet it doesn’t have to be! It is, however, important to take control of your life. The benefits will speak for themselves, and with all the feel-good chemicals released by being active, your progress will accelerate in the other three areas as well.
Existential

Existential

This is where you have the opportunity to be kind to yourself and do something for yourself that brings you joy and builds self-confidence. It differs from person to person. It can be as simple as taking up a hobby, learning a new skill, or doing something you’ve always dreamed about.

Our role in this

As a wellness practitioner, our passion is to take on the role of a supportive mentor and advisor. We walk side by side with our clients and help them move forward in reaching the goal of unlocking their full potential.

Our coaching methodology is a long- term commitment in helping you transform your daily life, and to sustain the longevity of your success. You owe it to yourself and those around you to get to the bottom of what the problem areas in your life are, and to learn how to fix and transform them into healthy habits.

It is one thing to know about nutrition, but it’s completely different to understand the behaviour or patterns around our food choices and habits. Coaching can uncover what drives certain behaviours and can turn around long-term unhealthy patterns.

Why do you need a health coach?

Change is hard! It sucks! 

It’s one of the things in life that most people find so daunting to undertake that they don’t even try. Most of us know we should do something different, but our desire for comfort often keeps us from making the very changes that will benefit us the most. We all have habits that secretly haunt us. Having someone in your corner that you can trust and that will help you recognize the habits that prevent you from becoming the best you that you can be, is invaluable. Our coaching will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses. Together we’ll develop the means to further nourish your strengths, while finding manageable solutions to embrace and change your weaknesses until they become a distant memory from your past.
