SoulCollage®

A Creative Journey to Inner Wisdom

SoulCollage® is a deeply rewarding and creative process where you’ll craft your own unique deck of collage cards. Each card becomes a powerful representation of an aspect of your personality or Soul, holding personal meaning and insight.

Once created, your cards can be used as a gentle, intuitive tool for self-discovery, helping you uncover your inner wisdom and gain clarity around life’s questions. Whether used on your own or in a group, SoulCollage® is a joyful way to explore the connection between your inner world and the world around you—your relationships, family, community, and beyond. It also serves as a beautiful bridge to dreams, symbols, and Spirit.

This expressive arts practice encourages creativity, intuition, and emotional insight, while fostering self-acceptance and deeper understanding. Developed by Seena B. Frost, the SoulCollage® method is beautifully detailed in her book SoulCollage® Evolving, which offers practical guidance on how to make and use the cards for personal growth or in group settings.

The Heart of SoulCollage®

Kylea Taylor captures the spirit of this practice beautifully:

“The cards in our SoulCollage® deck contain an intensely personal collection of icons, symbols which weave through our life and our heart. They help us create meaning and connect our very personal story to the Larger Story.

Our SoulCollage® cards remind us of our ineffable experiences as well as the concrete words we have have journaled or spoken aloud using the voices of the cards. Through personal practice with the SoulCollage® method, we breathe life into our deck.

Our Soul’s evolving collage mirrors us. Our deck holds the reflection of our journey, our relationships, our values, our interests, our purposes, the Shadow’s gold we have retrieved, our very essence—the self we have come to love.”
