HEALTHY HOMEMADE KIWI-FRUIT POPSICLES
Homemade popsicles are a far better alternative to the boxed supermarket ones which are often full of high fructose corn syrup and food colourings. They are easy to make and fun too!
These pretty kiwi fruit ice blocks are great as a healthy snack or to cool off on at hot summer’s day. They only take 10 minutes to make and require very few ingredients.

To make these Kiwi-Fruit popsicles, you will need the following ingredients:

Method:
Peel kiwi fruits and cut a few slices, enough for 1 slice per ice block. Place each slice in a Popsicle mold, and place above ingredients in a blender. Only blend for a few seconds, so the little black seeds still remain visible. Fill contents in your ice block molds and place in the freezer. Now it’s just a matter of time before you can enjoy your kiwi fruit pop creations!
