Is it important to filter our drinking water?

Despite having a comparatively good standard of drinking water, there are still several impurities that still make it into our drinking water.

Tap water can contain traces of heavy metals, chemicals and dissolved organics such as hormone, pesticide and drug residues. Spring water can be a healthy alternative as long as it comes from a pure source.

Why does this matter?

Depending on your genetic predisposition, some of these compounds can be harmful, especially if they are not excreted properly.

Filtering our water allows for us to experience the many benefits without any side effects. Various filters are available and filtered water is also available to purchase.
