Over-indulged during the holidays?

You might need to detox

Have you over-indulged over the holidays? Are you suffering from fatigue, bloating, excess weight, feeling low, skin conditions, PMT, bad breath, etc? Would you like to clean up your system and feel full of energy? Then you would benefit from my gentle detox program.

When the liver is overloaded, as it commonly is with the modern diet, it cannot successfully eliminate everything we are subjected to both internally and externally. Anything that cannot be eliminated and excreted is locked up safely in the fat stores. Think toxic dump!

I will be running a 4-week detox program, based on the Patrick Holford zest4life eating plan, starting 28 January from 3 – 4pm.

What it’s not:
— Starvation
— Eating weird foods
— Impossible to do while going about your usual day to day activities

What it is:
— Gentle and gradual
— Eating real, healthy foods
— Possible to do while going about your usual day to day activities

I will provide you with the support, guidance and coaching you need so that you can feel fantastic, energetic and ready to embrace 2016.

In the meantime, try this Green Detox Smoothie:


1 Banana, ripe/frozen

2 stalks celery chopped into pieces

1/2 English cucumber sliced

1 1/2 cups kale

1 sml lemonpeel removed

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp spirulina pwd

2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 handful ice

1 cup waterfiltered

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
