Many of us find ourselves wondering if we are healthy. This is quite an elusive question, but one that should be asked.
We should all do a regular health assessment to check and see if we are on track. This can be done in the traditional way by seeing your doctor for some blood tests, which is a good start, but blood tests don’t always pick up the subtle changes and early warning signs.
Alternatively, it can be done through less conventional testing methods like Bio-Resonance scans which can effectively test for imbalances that could potentially lead to health issues. Bio-Resonance scans allow for the practitioner to identify subtle changes and imbalances that could be rectified with lifestyle changes, the right nutrients, or the elimination or addition of certain foods.
Another way of checking our health status is to be in touch with our bodies and to notice things like unusual energy fluctuations, mood changes, appetite changes, weight fluctuations, and changes in the amount of pain we are aware of in our bodies. Our bodies often give us several warning signs before we get sick or lose our health, so it is important to pay attention to these.
Some questions we can ask ourselves include:
- How do I feel about food? Is my relationship with food healthy or not?
- Is your diet varied enough?
- How do you feel when you eat certain foods?
- How much energy do you have?
- What is your fitness level?
- How do you feel on an emotional level?
- What is your quality of sleep like?
If you find yourself struggling in any of these areas it would be better to have the necessary tests to see what can be done to help improve your wellbeing.
